Creamy Chocolate Ice Cream Recipe

Creamy Chocolate Ice Cream Recipe

Chocolate ice cream is delicious, and for many people it's their favorite ice cream flavor! And there's a reason for that: Chocolate is very addictive, in part because it helps release brain substances associated with pleasure and satisfaction (such as serotonin).

With that in mind, here at TudoReceitas we show you how to make a very simple chocolate ice cream, to sell or enjoy at home with your family and friends. This is a creamy chocolate ice cream recipe that is also quick and economical to prepare, the ideal dessert to refresh on summer days and nights in a delicious way!

Ingredients for making creamy chocolate ice cream:

 500 milliliters of whole milk

 30 grams of cornstarch (maizeen)

 100 grams of sugar

40 grams of 100% cocoa powder

How to make creamy chocolate ice cream:

To make this simple chocolate ice cream, start by reserving half a cup of milk and putting the rest in a pan. Add sugar to the pan as well.

Place the pan with the milk and sugar over low heat and add the cocoa. Mix well until completely dissolved.

Tip: Pass the cocoa through a sieve to avoid lumps. In order to guarantee a strong chocolate taste in this dessert, we do not recommend substituting cocoa for powdered chocolate or chocolate.

In the reserved milk, dissolve the cornstarch - this is the trick to get a creamy ice cream without adding cream or neutral alloy!

When the mixture in the pan heats up, add the milk with the dissolved cornstarch while stirring. Continue stirring until the mixture is thick and nearly boiling - this will take 5-10 minutes, depending on the intensity of your stove's fire.

When turning a thick mixture, turn off the heat and let it cool completely. Divide the homemade ice cream mixture between the bags and tie it well, without leaving any air inside. Put it in the freezer overnight (minimum 8 hours) and it's ready!

Tip: If you want, you can add chocolate chips, chocolate sprinkles or chopped chocolate to the ice cream mixture after it has cooled down.

Now you can taste or sell your ice cream! Do not hesitate to prepare this homemade ice cream recipe and let us know what you think in the comments. Bon appetit and good sales!
